Shipments & Deadlines
1) Shipping Ways
The delivery method is home delivery or warehouse collection. For shipments destined for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) or the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Europe, the transport company will be in charge of the service. The order will be shipped to the address you provided at the time you placed your order. Important: If the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone. After two unsuccessful attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.
2) Delivery time
- Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): Delivery time ranges from 1 to 2 working days.
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: The delivery time depends on the area and the conditions of the transport company. Please check with us for details.
- Europe: Delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 working days.
All shipments are shipped directly from the warehouse in stock or if applicable from a distributor or manufacturer, depending on stock and quantities.
The preparation of the goods can vary between 1 day to 4 days depending on the stock or quantity ordered.
All battery shipments are mandatory shipped as ADR and labeled as such, prices may vary.
3) Shipping costs
- Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal):
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart when placing the order.
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart when placing the order.
-Europe:
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart when placing the order.
4) Special Rates
The customer should ask for information about special shipping rates or for large quantities.
5) Warranty
In the event of a defective product:
- Proceed to the substitution, reduction of the price or termination of the contract, as appropriate. - At all times, the procedures will be free of charge for the consumer or user in the event of a defective product.
6) Returns
All returns are the responsibility of the buyer, provided that it is not a manufacturing defect or product fault, with a maximum period of 14 days from the arrival of the merchandise. They are only accepted with their original boxes and components included.
